Description:
We were lucky enough to secure an island actually in the okavango delta, (very strict land laws). Luxury area, but low budget means we can only cater for campers. Big island need funding to build chalets and/or lodge. Also need marketing. been open for 4 - 5 years, very busy peak season. Could multiply profit tenfold or even more!
