We locate distressed properties and foreclosures, we make sure that we investigate the property and the project before even invest in the project to make sure we can make a profit on each deal. We can locate and review each deal but we need eal estate investors. We have the experience, the people and have a basic knowledge of property remodeling ourselfes. We are looking to find investors wanting to make a profit of 20-35,000 USD on each deal, we can close at least 4-8 deals a year to start up and can increment the ratio of closings depending on the investors budget. We are looking funding for each deal and we can share 40-60 % the 40 % is for us. We had a painting/drywall company before so we have some knowledge about construction but we do not do this, we find and review a project and can summit it to you with all documentation and prove of this being a good deal or project.
