We are creating a service offering a new way of exchanging information on the Internet. Its main principle is to unite people on the basis of content, not along friendship ties. This implies a qualitatively new approach to dealing with information when the network is arranged around the user taking into consideration his or her demands and confidence in certain people or communities.
