Trying to start a gourmet cafe. We would be offering chocolate covered strawberrys, other chocolate covered berries, cookies, brownies and everything that you could imagine covered in chocolate. We have done a test market study and found that everyone in our study would like to see this type of cafe in our area. So there is a strong market interest. My credit has taken the divorce hit.
