I've help the high-end Chinese investors to invest real estates in the U.S. since 2008. I worked as the operations manager in a global real estate agency in China, and I do have investors who I want to gradually lead them into investing in commercial real estates other than residential. From my experience, an investor who could be able to invest $800K in the U.S., might end up lose faith by purchasing a $65,000 property in the ghetto. I want to build up a US-China investment advisory firm. I have the platforms in where I can get the high-end investors, which include but not limited to connections with the social media, I will be the main tour guide for several property tours coming from China, and I will have columns about the U.S. real estate FAQs in social media. I am seeking funding for the marketing part.
