Description:
I am the wife and driving force behind my husband's small electrical company that is looking to purchase properties in a very lucrative area. We would like to purchase those properties and completely remodel and renovate and then sell them for a profit. We are looking an investor that is interested in long term investments for many projects. I have the real estate law experince as well as a very keen eye for detail and interior design and my husband is a genius at construction and has the ability and experience to do great things. He has been approached several times about doing a projects similar to this and all investors have always fallen through. This is a win win situation. Everyone stands to make money.
