This Polleria will be similar to a cafe, not a big restaurant. Most of the food will be take out but there will be a small dining area for anyone who would like to dine in. We will focus on rotisserie chicken but will also serve a variety of popular latin dishes. After research, I have found out that there is a high demand for latin restaurant in the Ithaca area and Miski will be the first peruvian restaurant in Ithaca NY. Pollerias have been very successful in the USA and are considered as a healthier alternative for KFC but equal or better taste.
