Founded in February 2002, Dominion Management Corporation LLC, (DM) was established with the formal structure of a holdings company with a business and humanitarian development focus. Thus, was borne the Dominion Management a vision of Mr. Hurtus Tyrone (Ron) Phillips. Mr. Phillips an investor and business facilitator himself was surrounded with a sea of extraordinary talents, ones that would affect world change. Being driven to see a true change in humanity around the world by contributing to technology, Mr. Phillips became involved with a group of entrepreneurs that formed a corporate entity named Global Treaty Corporation, (GTC) of which Mr. Phillips became President working with three other entrepreneurs. The insight of Mr. Phillips along with CEO, Mr. Adrien Boronse, lead to the launching of the project fitly named WorldLink, a project which is a Global Telecommunications project specializing in wireless solutions, including high speed internet and voice/video over internet protocol (VoI P) fixed and wireless telecommunication services. The latest project of GTC is “WorldLink” for Africa. We believe GTC has a great potential to be the leading 3G-Telecommunication Company in Africa. GTC is connecting Africa to the World, reducing the digital divide and lowering the price of the services by deploying a 3G Technology, UMTS/WCDMA. Its services make telecommunications affordable to any end-consumer (poor & average people) looking for Internet, voice, or video service.
