I am looking to buy Purchase Area Door Company (PADCO). It is a father and son operated, garage door company. They repair and install new and existing garage doors. PADCO started in 2006 and has experienced profitable growth from 2006 to 2012. In 2013 the son got married and decided to take a step back leaving the father to do the majority of the work on his own. Being as they both have full time jobs they did not have the time to continue putting as much effort into the company and therefor sales and profits started to decline. PADCO works with commercial contractors to repair and install new, and old, doors on new construction as well as old buildings. PADCO also thrives in the residential market repairing and replacing garage doors on homes.
