We offer our investment Project for your consideration. The initial development phase focuses on exporting and shipping of crude oil products from existing suppliers and manufacturers to International Clients. This phase of the project will be a financial and economic platform for the preparation of technical planning and development for further growth of the Company, in a direction of trade in petroleum products and crude oil, construction of a Sea Oil Terminal, and finally the construction of an Oil Refining Plant.
For raising of development capital for our Project, we are founding a Company in the USA. Any investment actions will be subordinated and protected by the legislation the the United States. We have recently partnered with a CPA and a Consulting company in New York and they are able and willing to help us to create a Private Placement Memorandum. The PPM will meet all the requirements, terms and conditions of the SEC.
Our business-idea is unique only in the same degree, as all any other ideas which are based on principles of elimination of imperfection of previous systems and models.
We require seed funding of between $150,000 to US$250,000.00, in an initial stage, to cover the costs to prepare and complete the Private Placement Memorandum and to present the project to to potential investors. The remaining funds will be used as a Good Faith Deposit for unforeseen expenses. We are offering any Investor that can help us with this seed funding, independently to appoint the premium fees and-or to define the share of participation in the Company.
