I am looking to build a turnkey production facility of biodiesel under Methes Energies Inc. The company will gross in its first active year over 5 million dollars because of supply and demand. I am currently looking for a loan of 8 million to acquire land and begin building the facility I want a short term loan and I am willing to pay up to 20% interest on the loan because I dont have any of my own capital invested. However I will work very closely with the lending company to ensure them that this is a good investment.
