We are a very small machine shop trying to get started on our own. I am currently working for a small shop that the owner is planning on downgrading and moving to a smaller location and working alone. I have been using his equipment to get the customers I have started with. I am ready to get my own shop up and running. I have a salesman that has been working in this industry for 40 years and can bring in enough work that I should be able to hire up to 10 employes in the next year or two. One of my main customers that is growing in size deals in carbonfiber parts that I am the only one who gets his machine work. As far as I know I am the only one in the area that will even look at machining carbonfiber.
