Description: This is an all up laser tag/gaming venue unlike anything that has been done before. State of the art "Laser Tag" arena complete with changing themes and layouts to constantly keep the experience new. I have a marketing plan to partner up with some of the biggest names in the video gaming industry. I plan to re-theme on a quarterly basis, and have designed the arena for an easy transition into these new themes. A full time make-up artist will provide support for launch events and full costumes for specialized games keeping the public always wondering what the new creature is going to be. The arena size is approx. 6500 sq. ft. with, plenty of room for the 21 vests we will have for use. Multiple game programs will be utilized for both open play and leagues (e.g. hunt, team vs team, 2 team’s vs 1 creature, capture the flag, etc.). Working with gaming companies we will promote new game launches while designing the arena around a level in that game. Costumed enemies will be created to fight against, and the vests will be outfitted with shell costumes to give a completely immersive experience. Picture Halo, a level in the game with the arena layout the same, the vests make you look like master chief, and your enemies are the covenant. This is just one example of the endless possibilities. A "Video Gaming Center" that focuses on the immersive experience of in home systems and magnifies that experience the way games were meant to be played, in a custom designed self-contained entertainment experience. State of the art gaming pods will provide a 130 degree view gaming experience, enclosed surround sound, any game that you can imagine at your fingertips, custom lighting and ac within the pod. You will get lost in the experience as you are immersed in the game you are playing. These pods will be patented and exclusive to our brand. Full details can be provided on request. "Table Top Gaming" is still growing regularly with a vast following of gamer's. New games are coming out constantly and the old games are thriving weather it is D&D, Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, or even Monopoly. Our table top area will provide enough adequate space for hours of gaming. This is our no charge to use area; however we will sell all the game components any table top enthusiast needs. Approx. 5000 sq. ft. will provide more than enough space to all types of gamer. Tournaments for the most popular games will be coordinated regularly, allowing all enthusiasts to maximize their skills with a safe environment to play. Weather you’re an avid role player, or a family wanting to play a new game for game night, this is where the fun never stops. An "Outdoor Drone Racing" track. I have to admit, I had no idea what drone racing was until I experienced it first hand at an event promoting new types of gaming entertainment. The experience left me in awe. These drones fly upwards of 80 MPH; you have a small pair of goggles you put on, that give you a first person PoV from the front mounted camera on the drone. An easy to use remote control similar to that of an RC Car provides seamless control. This will be an outdoor race track setup with obstacles surrounded by a mesh safety net for drone races to happen. Customers will get a brief tutorial and have a chance to use one of our trainer drones to learn how to use the controls and fly the drone. There will be an option for customers who have their own equipment as well. Once a race starts there will be 5 laps with a maximum of 6 drones at a time, fast paced and extremely fun to watch either controlling it or just in the audience. Regular tournaments will be held, along with leagues. I am currently in communication with the DLR to meet their standards as well. This growing activity that could potentially become a sport of sorts in its own right, so why miss the opportunity. What I propose is an overall gaming experience for everyone. I don't want to be stagnant in gaming, but grow as the industry grows year after year. What I propose is a chance for something new and exciting for kids, adults, gamer's, anyone who is bored looking for something to do and a safe secure environment for hours of entertainment. Let’s start something big together. Below in the income areas, I put in figured projections at the worst case scenario of capacity (break-even), based on laser tag ONLY. Please get in contact with me for full projections.
