Description:
I will be registering as an LLC as soon as my finances allow. It is a tree service, trimming and removal. I have spent the last 10 years building it, just to have this economy tear down what little I've been able to build. I truly want to do real estate, and use my tree equipment to help renovate the propeties I aquire, as I am going broke depending on calls to come in for tree work that never do. I found a website that showcases propeties for sale in my area at a very reasonable cost that need a little TLC to be rented to families that need decent housing due to our present economic status, and I would love to provide them with it, but am a stones' throw from bankruptcy myself and do not have the capital to aquire these properties and renovate them to rent them out. I am a hands on man. If it is manmade it can be fixed and improved, and NOTHING goes untouched, or to waste. I literally built all of my tree equipment; trucks, chipper and tool trailer myself, by hand, because of the new equipment cost which I couldn't afford. I'm better off for it, because new equipment has to be DIAGNOSED in order to be repaired nowadays, and it costs much more to repair because of that.
In other words, I need capital to start business in the real estate arena, and have all the tools, equipment and manpower that I need to keep the cost of renovating to a minimum, and still get it done and rented as quickly as possible,
