Description: My shop is based in South Africa. I am trying to establish a new franchise chain of coffee shops with indoor play centres. Sunny South Africa has a multitude of outdoor venues and play areas but people are stuck in their houses during times of bad weather. There is a definite need for indoor play venues as my shop is booked up to 3 months in advance for kids parties in winter and 2 months in advance in summer. Parents enjoy the controlled area especially for the toddlers. I now have the opportunity to move to bigger premises and the venue also has 2 conference halls and a huge outdoor play area, in addition to the coffee shop and indoor play area. This means more operations costs. We have only been running for a year and can’t yet afford this big step therefor the Angel funding/investor request. We also have a big piece of land that can be developed into a mini adventure park – I believe this will also do great in this area but that’s another project and not the right time yet as the property is on the outskirts of the city. They are starting major housing development with the biggest mall in Gauteng within 5km of our property. It would be wise to wait until this development has taken shape first. I would not be interested in your services should you require any payment, as our currency is just too weak against the dollar and it would end up costing me a small fortune. Please let me know if you could assist me
