We are staffed by ex Dot professionals from engineers to inspectors to accountants. We have the capacity to design and build a project, conduct project oversight and supervision, and consult as a business planning and development company. We are a minority company with the aspirations of becoming a mainstream prime contractor. Our organization has been developed to accommodate the oncoming transformation of the Texas Department of Transportation(TxDot). We feel that TxDot will become a transformed governing agency that will be structured unlike they are today. Many services that the agency has provided in the past will no longer be performed. Contractors will be required to implement those services such as engineering, design, inspection, materials testing, safety and quality control quality assurance. Many company will not develop those services in house. Those sevices will be contracted to companies such as E3 General Contractors, L.L.C.
