Provide local consultation to ambulatory healthcare providers regarding choice, implementation and training on best EHR for their specialty. We also act as 3rd Party Proxy for those healthcare providers participating in the ARRA HITECH Incentive Program. At this point we are migrating from EHR consultation to assisting organizations become HIPAA compliant with training, on-site evaluation, development of specialized Privacy and Security Policies, staff training and preliminary auditing to preview organization's ability to pass a HIPAA audit. We have also detected a large niche in the healthcare delivery system both here in the US and in Denmark, where we have just created a new company, QRemic to implement the beta version of our proprietary solution, then migrate it to the US, Australia, etc. We are currently registered in over 80 countries. We see a two phase solution, Phase I implements and tests our product/servie in Denmark. Phase II, about 18 months later, would involve a global delployment of our service/product.
