This is a busy that would surely make for a great franchise opportunity pretty quickly! It is in the beginning stages of the formulation, but it is called Double Dippin! This is a play on words, obviously! It is an Italian icecream and coffee house-we would serve Gelato and Sorbeti, along with top Italian pastries (cakes, Tiramisu, tortes, etc). To top it off, we will also serve cappucino and espresso. I am looking to make this facility modern and to look just like something one would see in Italy. This concept is sweeping the nation throughout Europe and into Canada, but has not fully made its way to the United States. If there are any venture capitalists out there who can give me great advice on whether or not this is something I should pursue for franchising-please let me know as
