Hi, my name is Erika and welcome to Modern Woman, Inc. As a working mom with 2 amazing boys, I wanted to start a website that would help women like me. Women who were stay at home moms ready to go back to work. But the more research I did, I also came across women who also decided to change careers. Then I realized that the two fit. Women are constantly changing. We become mothers, caretakers, teachers, sisters, professionals, survivors, etc. And because I too was changing careers if you will, I felt that there needed to be a place where women could come together. Whether you come on the site for our job boards and career advise or come on for the social connections, this site is the place to be
