Science Logistics Inc. is a service disabled, veteran owned, SBA 8(a) certified small business, which means that we hold the highest priority in regards to government awarded projects. We are a high-technology, ISO 9001 2000 compliant, Federal Aviation Administration certified company, with our main operations in electronic engineering and repair of sophisticated electronics and avionics systems for commercial and Department of Defense aircraft. Located in San Antonio, TX our additional capabilities include overhaul and modification services, electronics and software engineering, automated test equipment development and manufacturing. We have also developed a service related division which provides project management, program support, IT and training services. SLI delivers technology-enabled solutions that solve complex business problems.
We are currently expanding our market from the specialized aircraft electronics field to the commercial electronics industry by supplying commercial technology and electronics to the government. We are taking on a new type of service which entails large amounts of commercial product procurement. This expands our opportunity base in regards to government spending.
At this point in time commercial electronics is developing at such a fast pace that the governments need to replace and upgrade commercial equipment is at a level that has never been precidented. We would like to capitalize on this opportunity with the combination of our priority classification and established reputation. We are looking for all available options to raise $100k -$300K in small business funding in order to fund the large quantity of product we have recently be required to supply. At this point, Science Logistics Inc. currently has annual gross sales in the region of $250k, but we plan to exceed that by more than $300k in the next 30 days. I have included some additional information below relating to the purpose of the funds and the type of funding that I think would be the best fit.
Science Logistics Inc. is primarily interested in receiving capital from:

We would like to use the funds that are raised for the purposes below:
-Product Procurement / Order Supply Fulfillment... All funding required would be solely for the purpose of acquiring products for which we have already received a government purchase order. Avg. ROI 90 days.
