Description:
We are a golf developement company looking to purchase land and develope it into driving ranges/learning centers. These driving ranges will be a full service facility with over 80 spots for patrons, a teaching academy, short game/putting green, and a full service bar. This business would be very unique to area. The demand for golf is very high in this upper-middle class region. We look for opportunity in both the land and the business, as we are aiming to have a major highway as frontage for our business.
