Description:
We are looking for a partner in the buying, rehabbing and re-selling of single-, multi-family houses and apartments buildings for a quick profit. We acquire properties as low as $.30 on the dollars and the potential for profit is (URL removed)n extreme in some cases. Specifically, I'm looking for cash partners who will finance the purchase and repairs and then share in the profits once the property is sold. If the property is rehabbed and rented then you'll receive a percentage of the monthly cashflow and a percentage to be negotiated when it is sold in the future. Looking for a money partner who will do deals based on the merits of a property. We have a proven track record and have purchased, improved and sold over 100million in real estate in the past 5yrs here in the Las Vegas area. We could generate some SERIOUS cashflow if we had a cash partner. Either way we have a niche that works so let’s get together and make something happen. Our exec summary includes official legal documents from the Clark County Assessors page so you can see the transactions completed. We have deals read to go now! Look forward to hearing from you.
