Description:
I am an independent contractor/REALTOR with Century 21 Home Center in Lanham, MD. Over the course of three years I have learned the inner working of the service/sales driven business. I have shadowed a mentor through a mentoring program and currently going through a coaching program with my broker. This one on one mentoring along with the hands on experience has helped me with aquiring an abundance of knowledge and equipped me with running my real estate business. My largest obstacle has been overcoming the demand for a solid marketing budget. I am searching for financial opportunities that allow me to jumpstart my business off to the next level. Can you expound on any resources that may be available.
