Red Tail archery provides lessons, equipment and repair services to archers of all disciplines our focus has been on park programs and after school programs within the Cobb and Paulding county regions. I am currently limited to outdoor classes between March and October and can only hold 4 classes a week do to staffing and equipment limits. My expansion plans include setting up a retail location to hold lessons year around with a full pro shop and retail store front with a focus on internet sales and order fulfillment.
I also plan to expand my mobile fleet to service more schools and parks
My long term goal is to structure the company so that the operations can be offered as a franchise business model
