We have a patent-pending system and method for texting (SMS) food orders to a fast food store and pick up the order in the drive thru lane or inside. Texting the order can start and finish while in the lane or at home or work. This method will enhance the drive thru experience with another option that is ideal for hearing, speech or language impaired (non-english speaking) customers. Also, the Millennial's will find it much to their liking as our survey's have suggested.
Our patent solves 3 major obstacles that prevent a quality experience for the customer and operational efficiency for the store owner. One is we maintain order in the drive thru line. Two, we keep the cell phone number private, and 3, we do the heavy lifting for the store clerk thru automation and natural language processing (NLP) to take the text(s) from the customer and handle most replies and turn it into a structure order ready for entry to the POS. Integration not necessary but advisable.
Potential: 220,000 drive thru restaurants - Digital Baron can convert 10% of them to Digital Baron’s new service in 4 to 5 years. Over $100 million in revenues with 40% EBITDA.
