Description:
NCI Management is a well diverse one stop shop where customers can call one project manager assigned to their companies needs.
NCI Management provides project management, construction services and facility maintenance. We can plan, execute, manage the architects, engineers and general contractors representing the customer through start up and peak performance. This includes remodeling, renovations, new construction, expansions and mergers. After start up, NCI Management will incorporate a PSA (Performance Service Agreement) and maintain the facility for life thereafter.
