My company would tap into the internet marketing affiliate programs etc. not only to use them to generate money but to use the programs without any copy right infringements to produce a website to generate money by giving the low-medium income familys a chance to know which programs work and which ones dont with out having to fork over the grocery money. I believe a person or myself could charge as low as a dollar for this informatiom for each corse or program. After carefull long term studies I have found that there are millions of people who would pay a dollar for this iformation considering they do not have the money to pay the full price of the corse. If I could get the funding for such a operation I have several people standing by to put each program to the test and send the feedback to the website to help the people find a corse or program that could actually make them money with little to no money. I also beleive if it grows large enough and people are finding the program that works and making it work it will substantially help the people and our economy.
