ProControll Zone Systems LLC is an existing company that currently manufactures and supplies one of many new innovative products that will have significant impact on the level of safety and protection of assets that is currently realized in the global oil and gas industry today. ProControll Zones Systems (PCZS) is owned by Troy DeFelice, Bob Defelice and Eric Steininger. PCZS currently manages operations out of our satellite office in Vung Tou, Vietnam. A future office is anticipated in Houston, Texas.
PCZS believes that a low overhead, low liability approach will allow for rapid growth by keeping a positive cash flow. To do this effectively PCZS will carefully choose global distributors with an existing local labor force as well as established relationships with oil and gas clients through their existing sales and marketing. The distributor will lease the equipment from PCZS on a day rate basis. PCZS will ensure that the equipment is maintained and in serviceable working condition, terms similar to many equipment rental companies doing business in the U.S.A. The benefit to the distributor will be entry into a niche market that has proved to be immensely profitable, yet inaccessible until now.
