My spouse, Jason Spruill-Jenkins and I have decided to pursue my lifelong dream of opening a restaurant/catering business. The restaurant is located in an industrial area that previously housed a successful pizzeria. Our restaurant will be a home style cooking restaurant. My spouse and I both have restaurant management experience. I have over 25 years in the business with cooking experience as well and Jason management experience, but also writes software and has programming experience which will be his role in the company along with his role as owner. I will be responsible for all of the day to day operations.
