I am the owner of a new restaurant idea for the University of Minnesota Minneapolis Campus. We are looking to do a all you can eat buffet with bar and other menu items. We will have many tv's all over the site for game nights and a small stage for live music on non-game nights. We will provide Wi-Fi for students who are looking for a place to hangout and study. The University is currently under the plans of building a new football stadium one block from my proposed location. The location is also within 2 blocks of the swimming stadium, basketball stadium, and hockey stadium. It is a corner location on washington avenue in the heart of this college campus.
