What Our Company Is
We are a company whose goal is to take sound investment properties, purchase them, and hold on to them for a combination of capital growth and monthly cash flow. Put simply, we find single family homes in high growth areas for maximum equity buildup and capital appreciation (which is tax free), and find multi unit residential properties that will maximize monthly cash flow. This balance allows for long term growth potential that is better than the stock market, while still giving a positive net income per month.
