Description:
"Be fearful when others are greedy. Be greedy when others are fearful." Warren Buffett
I am a Realtor with knowledge of the local market. I see an opportunity within Newport Beach to take advantage of the distressed properties and large inventory which are driving prices down. As a highly desirable community and considering the complete history of real estate trends, I believe this is an opportunity that shouldn't be missed.
This is not an immediate "get rich" scheme but rather a long term investment in multiple residential properties.
