We are a real estate investment company that is looking to purchase homes at 45% under fair market value. We are looking for funding to purchase these properties with cash, in full. We would then refinance the properties and use those funds to pay back the investor loan (within approx. 45 days & with interest) and to re-invest into another property. The properties that we are investing in would either be re-sold or rented out to accumilate equity for approximatley a year before selling. We are wanting to do this on more than one property (our goal is 100 properties, or more, within 3 years). We are looking for funding to to invest in theses properties.
