Jim's Beach Rental's is an umbrella and chair rental company located in South Padre Island, Texas. The company was established in 1982, and has become the premiere beach rental company in Padre. The current owners are looking to move the business to Florida, and asked if I would like to pickup where they are leaving off. Currently Jim's Beach Service covers 35 beaches on the island, has 800 umbrellas, and 1000 chairs, all of which would need to be purchased in order to keep customer service at peak levels. I am requesting $400,000 to purchase the needed equipment, and to cover the new contracts with the hotels, and condominium establishments that Jim's currently holds.
