We are a small car dealership with a large web based business. We have a full lot, service facility, offices, and accessory showroom but we gear most of our business toward the ebay marketplace. We use up the most up to date market research to provide a guide to the inventory we purchase. We maintain a fast turnover rate and focus more on volume than profit per unit. In this market we have found that the values of vehicles fluctuate quickly so in an effort to guarantee a positive return on all inventory purchased we aim for a 25 turn around per unit sold.
