Description:
I have 2 HVAC companies that are increasing in Revenue and winning key contracts.
There are several highlights of why I'm seeking funds.
- VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) is a super energy efficient commercial HVAC system that is common place everywhere except the US. The market is less than 5 to 7% penetration and rapidly growing. Not a whole lot of companies know how to service or install and the demand for the services is out there. Plus these systems are extremely efficient
- Residential online proposal system. I have been building this out and it will increase sales by somewhat automating the proposal process.
- Refrigeration: We are seeing a large demand in Refrigeration for larger warehouses for on demand grocery delivery. Although restaurants have taken a hit during the pandemic there's a lot of opportunity for storage and delivery.
Truficient Energy Solutions
I started this company in 2015 to focus on energy efficiency and HVAC. In the last few years i have started specializing in Minisplits and VRF Solutions to start moving towards that goal. The VRF portion just started to take off this year and we are starting to get more and more requests. VRF is mainly for small and large commercial, Minisplits are mainly used in Residential
Enertia LLC
This company is a refrigeration focused company that is winning contracts with contractors that are servicing, remodeling and building Chik-fil-A and QuikTrip's. We have the opportunity to work on these places across the state of Texas.
I am seeking funds for growth capital and debt refinancing. The money would be used to restructure debt, make key hires and purchase/lease upgraded service vehicles. Both companies are winning large contracts and I want to make investments into training/education in order to capitalize on the growing VRF market. By being able to make investments in personnel, management and training we can better service across the board in all aspects of the service industry.
