We are only seeking 300k as it will be an adequate amount of funding to execute a series of steps that will enable O'Hara/Klein the opportunity to raise our next round of financing, for several productions (4 Motion Pictures to be exact).
At this time we are building an executive support team that is interested to back/be involved with us a producers for a longer period of time, rather than just a "one off" motion picture. The 300k is not used in the financing of the film, only preliminary steps that are customarily immediately returned upon project execution.
