X-STREAM Hydro-Excavation Service is designed to provide a safe and cost efficient service to the oil fields, manufacturing facilities, power plants, chemical plants, refineries and municipalities. Beneath the soil lays a complex maze of facilities carrying petroleum products, electricity, water, wastewater, natural gas, and communications. We eliminate the risk of damaging underground utilities by injecting pressurized water into the ground using a hand held wand to safely and quickly liquefy soil surrounding utilities. As the soil becomes liquefied the slurry is vacuumed through a debris hose into a temporary storage tank on the unit for a clean, precise excavation. Hydro-Excavation protects vital utilities from damage that can be caused by heavy equipment during excavation. It also takes considerably less time and is less labor intensive than excavating by hand.
