Investors in real estate, manage and broker deals. We have access to REO packages directly from the bank and can purchase at 53% on the dollar and would like to get 10m in order to do the deal. Obviously if we were to purchase packages for less than 50% on dollar we would have to buy much larger packages, this package that we have access to has 25m left if we acquire atleast 10m. We also have two alternative fuel deals on the table and need 20% to complete the deal which equates to about 100m the returns are very respectable to say the least.80% percent of the funding is already in place for both of these deals these deal are both billion dollar deal respecfally.
