We bought the chicken farm in 2007 and stopped raising chicken in Nov 2016. We settled on hydroponic vegetables for the first phase and adding 6 houses for hemp production for CBD oil. We have a business plan with and the money will pay off the bank mortgage for 2.3 M and 1.7 M for the first phase of the farm. Complete project will take about three years. First phase to convert 2 houses into hydroponic vegetables mainly lettuce at first.
