I am an honest hard working Real Estate Investor in need of a Cash investor. I am looking to 'joint venture' a number of distressed properties in the next ten years. I will need at least $500,000 to start and will work my way up to several million. I am an honest hard working investor who is interested in a long term relationship.
The cash investor is open to making a substantial profit from working with me. He will be secured by the property itself with the deed. I intend to purchase the properties at about 50% to 70% of appraised value and the investor will have little risk due to the type of property I will be doing.
