I began my career as a Real Estate Agent in Alabama. After helping so many investors purchase rehab properties and investment properties. I believe it is my turn to get into the market.
The market here in south Alabama and the western panhandle of Florida is going strong. Their is a high demand for rental properties and homes average days on the market are only 90 days (pretty good compared to the rest of the market). The homes that are on the market that long are either priced to high or need work, but I have a great plan to flip and sell quick. On top of rehabbing properties, I want to build a large portfolio of investment properties ranging from single family to small apartment complexes to begin with. Now with my experience and your funds I do believe we can build a strong real estate investment company and give you a high return on your investment and more.
All terms are open for discussion, if you prefer to be a silent partner I do not have a problem handling all the work. All funds can be kept in a trust of an attorney of your choice or you just wire the funds to the title company at closings.
