I’m looking for an investor how want to loan small amounts of money to flip homes in Fresno Ca, For 50% of the profit, We will be buying homes for $40,000 to $80,000 and we will be putting $5,000 for upgrades in them and selling them for $70,000 to $150,000 making a net profit of $30,000 to $50,000 a home.
