I am very interested in securing a private loan to fund this amazing business opportunity. My business partner and I are going to be signing a lease to open a retail store called Farmers Direct LLC in Santa Monica Calif. We have an exclusive agreement with Trader Joe's to open a prototype produce store right next to their store. This particular Trader Joe's location is their #1 store in Southern California, and this truly an opportunity of a lifetime, we anticipate that we will gross about $10K a day to begin because of our price point, store layout and anticipated foot traffic. We also have an extensive relationship with farmers and growers, that allows us to project 100% margin on all our products. Please let me know if you can help we need approx. 250K to open , we would also be happy to make interest payments in full on a monthly basis while we pay it back, and we will not need it longer than a year, we would actually like to pay it off in the first 6-7months of our store opening if these terms are favorable for you.
