I am a client and in partnership with an LLC in Sherman Oaks, Ca. that works with professional realtors, contractors, hard money lenders and a management team to facilitate my real estate investments. I will purchase homes in that area, completely rebuild/renovate them and sell for a considerable profit. The profits are split 50/50 between myself and the LLC averaging $315K each.
