I recently acquired two virgin commercial farms in Zambia in the northern region of the copperbelt and I am looking for serious investors to partner with and develop these two farmlands whose total hectarage is 104 subdivided in 37.8 for the smaller farm and 69.7 for the bigger one. My initial requirement in order to have all the documents and set up a few infrustructures starting with honey harvesting owing to the farms having so many trees and bordered by an all year round stream ideal for bee keeping is between US2.5 million to $5 million dollars. I am in the process of setting up a company and the funds availed will be helpful to even use to create the company and its share holders/directors.
