Ideal location in Columbia county FL on I-75 has been found, all approvals from State and locals have been obtained, suppliers have been researched and contacted, and licensing has been approved. The whole plan is complete pending funding.

Maximum if buying the building $450,000
This building is 12,000+sq ft on 3 acres with grandfathered zoning. Faces I75 both directions. Great investment if someone wants to buy the building and fund project or Partner
