Hi, I was wondering if you could assist me with financial assistance. I would be interested in purchasing
bank-owned properties in the low 100's and similar properties in the future.
I would need 100% financing. Plus additional financing for renovations (new carpet, new appliances, etc.)
I do not have the 20% to put down on the loan to avoid the PMI.
Are there any lenders out there that might be able to assist me? What is the "average" interest rate I would be
changed? The time-frame of the loan would be A 30 years FIX LOAN?
