I have been investing in real estate for over 8 years as an owner, property manager, and landlord. I have found a New Jersey-based real estate investment fund, allowing investors to invest in distressed single-family residential properties. We also bring value-added multifamily and commercial real estate deals to our investors through syndication.
Our goal is to help investors earn steady and safe returns while minimizing taxes.

My 22 years of professional background included being a CPA firm owner and an insurance agency broker in the most recent 12 years.
