I have a production Management company, however, currently I am seeking funding for a real estate enterprise. My husband and I have the resources for fixing up apartments however we are seeking funding with a 12% ROI to complete a six unit retail/live in space in Apple Valley. We have the plumbing, electrical, and roof together. We need windows, insulation, drywall, cabinets, flooring, and appliances to complete them.
